Diane Kokoé Amah’s choice of material since 2006 included acrylics, ink, and photography. The current series of drawings starting in 2007 were based on large scale oil paintings depicting trees. The colors and materials reflect multicultural influences gained through lifelong travel throughout different countries and continents. The first flow-drawings in ink and graphite on paper were the beginning of the series of ‘treow.objects’, small scale drawings on paper mounted on wood. The materials range from graphite, charcoal, watercolors to ink pen and color pigments.
